NETWORKING BUSINESS IS COMPOSE OF GROUP OF PEOPLE CALLED " TEAM/ NETWORK " .
NETWORKING DEFINE as Creating a group of acquaintances and associates and keeping it active through regular communication for mutual benefit. Networking is based on the question "How can I help?" and not with "What can I get?"
IN EVERY GROUPS OR TEAMS THERE IS ALWAYS A " TEAM LEADER" OR WE CALLED IT " UPLINES " who always HELP US, GUIDE US, ADVICE US, AND COACHING US DOING THE BUSINESS AND HOW TO START THE BUSINESS, LEARNING TO RUN THE BUSINESS, UNTIL WE CAN STAND IN OUR BOTH TWO FEET. YET, THE GROUP MUST COORDINATES AND KNOW EACH RESPONSIBILITY AS A WHOLE GROUP , AS A MEMBER AND AS AN INDIVIDUAL.
THE SUCCESS OF THE GROUP RELY ON HOW THEY COORDINATES EACH OTHER, HOW THEY COOPERATE EACH OTHER. AS THE DEFINITION OF NETWORKING SAYS, " REGULAR COMMUNICATION FOR MUTUAL BENEFIT.." IT MEANS THROUGH INTERACTING, SUPPORTING, WORKING TOGETHER OR WE CALL IT TEAM WORK. THAT'S WHY, IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE A LEADER TO STAND AS A REPRESENTATIVE TO MIDDLE THE DISPUTE, BE A BRIDGE TO GAP OF EVERY MEMBER, TO FOLLOW ONE RULE, TO GET A MAJOR INSTRUCTION/DIRECTION, ADVICE FOR THE WHOLE TEAM.
EITHER YOU ARE A MEMBER OR A LEADER, EACH OF YOU PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE AS A GROUP. THE SUCCESS OF THE GROUP IS NOT JUST POINTING OUT HOW GOOD THE LEADERS IS, BUT HOW DISCIPLINE AND HOW THE MEMBERS COORDINATES AND RESPECT EACH OTHER. GOOD RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MEMBERS OF THE GROUP IS THE KEY TO THE SUCCESS OF THE GROUPS. YOU CAN'T WORK AS TEAM IF EACH MEMBER HOLDING GRUDGE EACH OTHER. AND THE MEMBER WILL NOT FOLLOW THE LEADER IF THE LEADER WILL NOT SHOW COMPASSION, CARE, AND GOOD ATTITUDE TOWARDS EACH MEMBERS. THE REPUTATION OF THE LEADER REFLECTS TO THE GROUP. IF THE GROUP IS INTACT AND HAS A UNITY THE LEADER HAS A GOOD COMMUNICATION TO EACH MEMBER THAT THE MEMBERS FOLLOW AND RESPECT THE LEADER.
HERE IS THE GREAT QUOTE FOR THE TEAM/GROUP:
" COMING TOGETHER IS A BEGINNING .
KEEPING TOGETHER IS PROGRESS.
WORKING TOGETHER IS SUCCESS "
